I’ve been recruited for the wrong role. I’ve been recruited for a role that was already filled. I was almost scammed by a fake recruiter with a fake open role. The ghost stories are real across the board - with applicants, companies, and recruiters. Job applications never viewed by humans, off into the void. The doomsday found on LinkedIn is based on real experiences and real frustrations.

It’s time for a positive change.

I started my IT journey in 2005 as a web developer. In 2011, I moved to the Atlanta area and continued on in software testing. After several years of working in Scrum Teams in a QA capacity (both manual and automation), including Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) environments, I got Scum Master certified and began that new chapter.

After a near layoff, I was back searching for a new role, and was sad to see the current state of the relationship between company-recuiter-applicant. We can do better. I understand there’s a huge amount of applicants and AI tools help, but simple human interactions can’t be forgotten.

I’d like to do my part to help your company grow with the right people, and for applicants to land their dream role - while not forgetting that simple human interaction, by treating people like people.
