Ghosting is running rampant in recruiting, for both candidates and clients. It’s unprofessional and can only damage your brand in the long run. It costs $0 to treat a person like a person. It is my vow and policy that I will not ghost any candidates - even if I’m getting ghosted by the client. You will be kept in the loop, good news or bad, always.
